ANDREW BYNUM IS INJURED!!! An MRI and CT scan confirm that during the game against New Jersey two nights ago Andrew Bynum's right foot sustained a chipped off bone spur.
He is listed as day to day with pain and inflamation. I hope that this isn't something that will hamper Drew or keep him out of any games. Fortunately we know we can still win with him resting. This is very early in the season so I would prefer that he do whatever it takes to recover completely from this injury even if it means surgery and being out for a month or more. Hopefully it won't be anything serious. We need this man down the final stretch of the season and throughout the playoffs. I'll be paying close attention to how this situation progresses.
